Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at Balinaya. We make every effort to offer you outstanding quality, value for money and excellent service. 

If you wish to return an article, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If appropriate, we will exchange the item or items or refund everything you paid, including shipping.

Returns are at your own expense. We do not offer free returns.

Damages and issues
Notwithstanding the above, if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll make it right for you.

If the return is accepted, we'll assume the costs of the return.

We do NOT take returns as defective or damaged based on slight differences in colour, material or design. We only work with handmade products from natural materials, so slight imperfections or differences are considered part of the appeal of our collection.
